Available Now! Accessible Yoga: Poses and Practices for Every Body

Today's the big day! At long last Jivana Heyman's book Accessible Yoga: Poses and Practices for Every Body is generally available. You can read the introduction and part of the first chapter here

If your local bookstore doesn't have it, ask them to order it for you! Or, if you're in the US, go to Shambhala Publications, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or Indie Bound (for independent bookstores).

We have some special advice for people in other countries who want the order the book. Unfortunately, if you order Accessible Yoga from the Shambhala website, the shipping charges for those outside the US  are ridiculously high. We're in no position to get Shambhala to change their company policies. So, depending on where you live, here is what we recommend:

  1. Book Depository (free delivery worldwide)
  2. Better World Books (free international delivery)
  3. Waterstones (United Kingdom)
  4. Powell's City of Books (ships to India)
  5. Amazon (available in 14 countries)
We hope your copy comes soon!
