Featured Video: Amber Karnes' Chair Yoga Sequence

This new video by Amber Karnes is a 15-minute chair yoga sequence. While many videos out there demonstrate how to use the chair as a prop, this video demonstrates a complete practice done while seated on the chair. Amber says that it is a great gentle morning wake-up or a boost whenever you might need it.
