Ask the Yoga Doctor: What Kind of Yoga Should You Do When You're Sheltering-in-Place?

With yoga studios and gyms closed, and many of us stuck at home. So what kind of yoga would serve you best during this difficult time? As always, the answer is "it depends." But in this video Dr. Timothy McCall provides a few guideposts to using this time skillfully to boost your health, immunity, and well-being. And he strongly encourages you to take this time to start a daily home yoga practice, even if its just a short one.

If you want to submit a question to Timothy, email it to AskTheYogaDoctor@gmail.com.
