In those short trainings, most of the time is spent learning asana instruction. That makes sense because there is a priority to keep students safe. But the unfortunate result is that there are a lot of yoga teachers now who know little or nothing about yoga history and yoga philosophy. And to learn anything of substance about those topics takes time and study.
